AMPO PARTICIPATES IN THE CONSTITUENT ASSEMBLY OF THE BASQUE HYDROGEN CORRIDOR ASSOCIATION (BH2C)
On November 8 we participated in the constituent assembly of the BH2C association (Basque Hydrogen Corridor), which was held at the Guggenheim Museum in Bilbao.
The objective of the association is to contribute to change the energy and economic model to advance in the decarbonization of strategic sectors such as energy, mobility, industry and services, being hydrogen the protagonist in the Basque Country’s transition towards climate neutrality.
As a member of the BH2C association, AMPO is offering all its capacities and knowledge to develop the techno-industrial chain of the hydrogen economy in the Basque Country. A new model that will be key for the Basque Country and also for Europe when it comes to deal with the energy transition.
The project will have an investment of more than 1,500 milion euros until 2026, and will generate more than 1,340 direct and 6,700 indirect Jobs.
